Week 2: 9mm – On The Edge [2005]

Picking my top tracks from this album was even more difficult than last week’s album in part because this feels like it was meant to be listened to back to back, that each song builds on the one before and lays ground for the next song. Week 1: Reol – No Title- [2014]

This is a rewrite. Previously I had posted particularly dense statistics. The album I’d like to highlight this week is No Title- by Reol and GigaP Or, to listen now, a spotify link. Picking my top 3 tracks from this album was quite difficult, as they are all quite good. But in the end, these are the tracks I enjoyed the most. In my honest opinion, the entire album is great, and certainly worth your time.

Caffeine and Addiction

Much time has passed The last page was written when I was 25 or even younger… I’m almost 31 now. Many things have come to pass that I regret. I most regret my unusual disinterest in gaming these days. I simply don’t have the time anymore. Even so, I’ve purchased a 2DS with the hopes of getting back into gaming instead of just playing p2w garbage all the time. Here’s hoping.

After having WriteFreely recommended to me by somebody on the fediverse, I decided that it might be in my best interests to check it out. I may have a wordpress but it’s not like I’m married to the platform. All I’ve really done is configure a theme that I like, after all. I didn’t really have anything in mind to blog about today, so I guess I’ll just rant about stuff. It took me all of about 2 hours to figure out why my steam wouldn’t launch today. I’ve been feeling like I needed to write some kind of article for a while now, but I couldn’t decide what to write, so I’m going to just write whatever comes to mind. I started playing NationStates recently. It’s a pretty old roleplay community formed around a lite-politics simulator game. A lot of the political issues you face are at least a little thought-provoking; it gave me flashbacks to Democracy 3 to be quite honest. Time will tell whether I stick with this one. Started re-reading Kenichi yesterday, at chapter 318 of 624 released. feedly is acting up and not letting me read my saved feeds while offline. Found something new to check out, Offline Explorer Pro, which should allow me to maintain an offline copy of Mafia threads of interest. I want to play Go again. My friends want to run amateur tournies for Smash Bros & Magic: The Gathering soon. I’ll probably end up doing most of the tournament design myself, since nobody heres knows about anything more complicated than double elimination. Hung out at my friends house for a couple of days. Played a lot of Smash, mainly as Palutena & the spellcasts whose name I can’t remember half the time (Robin?). Trying to beat my friends fully trained amiibos is an exercise in frustration, but it’s sharpening my skills. I turned 26 recently. Where of where is my youth going in such a hurry?
